Yes - this is the most common situation we handle. Send us photos of the belt from above, from the side, and close-up of the edge construction. If possible, include a measurement of the belt width and a close-up showing the weave pattern. From these photos we can review spiral pitch, rod pitch, wire diameter, and edge type. If you can cut and courier a 30cm section, we can measure everything precisely in our factory before confirming the replacement specification.

Every belt order includes a calculated quantity of connecting accessories based on total belt length and belt type. For spiral and self-stacking belts this includes connecting pins, spare links, and cross rods at the section junction points. For eye link belts, connecting tubes are included. The quantity is calculated so your installation team has everything needed to assemble the belt on-site plus a small surplus for field repairs. If you need additional accessories, or if you are repairing an existing YIYI Mesh Belt belt, we can supply accessories separately - contact us with your belt specification and required quantity.

For customers with an existing specification on file, we can begin production immediately and despatch air freight within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Air freight delivery is typically 3-7 working days depending on destination and customs clearance. For new customers with an emergency, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos or your specification - we will confirm the fastest available timeline within 2 hours. Production lead time for a matched replacement is typically 5-10 working days for common configurations.

It depends on the condition of your existing sprockets. If the sprockets have significant wear - visible tooth profile deformation, uneven wear marks, or if the belt has been running for more than 2 years - we recommend replacing both simultaneously. Worn sprockets cause accelerated wear on a new belt and reduce belt life substantially. If your sprockets are in good condition, the new belt will run on them without issue. We can supply matched sprockets with any belt order at no additional lead time - they are shipped together.

For replacement orders where fit is critical, we can prepare a belt sample - typically 0.5m to 1m in length - before committing to full production. The sample is produced to the confirmed specification and sent to you for test-fitting on your system. This confirms drum engagement, edge alignment, and drive performance before we begin the full production run. Sample production usually takes 7-10 working days depending on specification. If the sample does not fit correctly, we adjust the specification before production begins.
